    An ensemble view of therapeutic RNA design

    RNA therapeutics are designed as sequences, but a sequence change is also an intervention in a folding landscape. An ensemble-aware view of structure will not predict whether a construct works. However, it can make the structural consequences of sequence changes explicit and turn them into hypotheses that can be experimentally tested.
